As you enter basement, air handler one in good shape. Clean disinfected and inspected Drain , electrical and ducting inspected, no sign of rodent damage to ducting or evidence on air handler Air handler 2 in good working condition drain ,electrical and ducting inspected No signs of rodent damage to ducting however small amounts of rodent feces on top of air handler Air handler Cleaned and disinfected inside and out Air handler 3 in good shape Cleaned disinfected. Performed ac tune up. Clients condenser fan motor is starting to go out but still operational. Clients unit is 17 years old at this time.
Clients home has a air handler and heat pump all electric unit with a tankless water heater. Ducts were in good condition as well. Saw no issues at this time with such new equipment.
Performed tune up on furnace ac and drained water heater. Ac is getting older but still operational. Recommend considering replacement of water heater sooner rather then later but it is operational and ok for now.
