Shane of BVC arrived as scheduled and flushed my water heater. He offered a complimentary review of ALL our indoor plumbing to look for any issues. He found one minor issue that he fixed on the spot. Very nice man and a $39 charge for the flush was amazingly inexpensive. Highly recommend!

Heat maintenance, cleared drain lines and added algae tabs, checked all electrical components and safety of the entire unit. air handler is working properly and ready for winter.

Water Heater Making Noises, flushed water heater and had a lot of sediments come out of the unit. ran the water heater again and there are still large sediments that can not be removed that are still making popping sound. the only way for them to go away is to replace system.
Plumbing repair, customer said the toilet is constantly running. Found the fill valve failed. replaced the fill valve and now there are no leaks and toilet is operating properly.
