Office staff called 30 minutes prior to tech showing up. Tech arrived exactly on time, in uniform with protective booties on his shoes to not scuff wood floors. Told me exactly what he was going to check and serviced system. Gave me a full report on his findings and reset reminders on therostat. Professional and non intrusive. Good guy.

HVAC Maintenance on a 13 year old system. During this trip we checked the entire system to get it running in tip-top share for summer. we asked the customer to keep an eye on her electric bills and let them know it might be time to replace in the next couple of years.
Annual air conditioner tune-up on 4 year old Amana system. Cleared drains and checked entire system to make sure it is running in top condition. A/C is ready for the rest of summer.

Mrs Alfonso is a long time customer of BVS and we always love seeing her. during this visit we did a tun-up on her 4 year old air conditioner. we checked all components to get it in the best condition for summer.

HVAC Service, Mrs Larios said that her air conditioner is cooling the home but never shuts off. Tech checked the system and found a leaking evaporator coil, ordered a new evap coil under warranty of the air conditioner will install it tomorrow, until then i recharged the system to keep it cooling over night to keep the family comfortable.
HVAC Service Repair, Mr Wallace stated that the a/c was not cooling again. After checking the system they found the drain lines clogged from filter restriction. Replaced filter and cleared drain and now the system is running properly and ready for summer.
