I've always been impressed with the professionalism of BVS. They do what they say they'll do and they're the only company I've dealt with who actually sends a picture of your technician in advance so you know who to look for. I also like the way they give you a two hour window of arrival, rather than keeping you waiting all day. If the technician is able to come earlier, as was the case for us yesterday, they'll call and check to see if it's OK for him to come at that time.
