I requested Frank Cichetti because he is an excellent technician. He has come to our home over the years and did a major project (heater and hot water heater) for us last year. We are very pleased in many ways with the work that Frank has done. Frank is friendly and respectful, very knowledgeable, makes excellent recommendations, and explains the work that he will be doing and then what he has done when he's finished. I would highly recommend Frank Cichetti to others. He deserves to be rewarded for his excellent work.
