My furnace and hot water heater are in the attic. Service personnel must carry an 8-foot ladder through my house, up a flight of stairs through my bedroom and enter a tiny trap door in my bathroom ceiling in order to access the equipment. Tony and Brian were fantastic, ever so careful of my flooring and furniture. And not at all dismayed by the difficulty of access.

Tony was courteous and knowledgeable. He did some tests and determined that it was only necessary to replace a part and clean out the heating unit, whereas another company suggested replacing the whole thing! What a difference! Thanks Cabrillo Plumbing & Heating for many years of good service!

Cabrillo might be a little pricier than some but it's worth every penny to me! Brian from Cabrillo came to my house on Saturday to give me a quote on replacing my water heater that I suspected was going (brown water)... I wanted to price shop but God had other plans. My water heater blew Tuesday morning flooding my garage!! Brian came out right away with all the parts he needed and did a suburb job with the installation and clean up. He even helped me dry personal items that were wet and damaged in the garage! I would recommend Brian and Cabrillo to anyone who needs plumbing repair work.

HVAC technician installed new section of 12" duct work in crawlspace. Install new insulation for furnace supply and return air plenums. Install new Selkirk double wall vent pipe for furnace.
Plumber installed new continuous waste, P trap and sink strainers for kitchen sink.
Snaked a stoppage in a bathtub and replaced a shower head.
Plumber installed a new Insinkerator 3/4 horse power garbage disposal.
HVAC technician performed annual maintenance on Trane furnace.
Plumber removed drain blockages in bathtub and lavatory sink drains.
Plumber installed new Bradford White 40 gallon water heater with a new safety pan.
Plumber removed and reset toilet to locate source of reoccurring toilet stoppages.

Plumber cleared blockage in lavatory sink drain line.
Maintenance on two furnaces and two water heaters. Replaced filters, vacuumed and tested. Everything ok at this time.
