Returned to complete service on a Carrier 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. I replaced Evaporator Coil and then ran a test on the system. Temperatures and pressures were in range and I let the system run for 15 minutes to make sure. Operating correctly at the time of departure.

I completed Scheduled Maintenance Tune-Up & Safety heck on Carrier 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. I found system was low on charge due to leak in the evaporator coil. I scheduled customer for In warranty evaporator coil replacement for later this week.
I performed a diagnostic on a Bryant air conditioner. I found that the system was low on Freon and quoted repair costs and also gave an estimate to replace the unit.
I completed scheduled maintenance spring tune up on a Carrier heat pump. I visually inspected the furnace. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked voltage and amps. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
During a tune up on a 2005 Payne gas furnace, I pulled and cleaned the flame sensor. I recommend that customer replace filter soon. Everything operating as expected at time of departure.
I replaced the Compressor-Motor Surge Capacitor and the OEM High Voltage Electro-Magnetic Contactor on a 2012 Heat pump
Found PVC on Nordyne furnace pulled away from hole in floor. Corrected the pitch and now the unit is running properly.
Found faulty circuit board on Carrier AC. The part is under warranty and will be installed when it arrives.
