I performed diagnostic service on ICP Air Conditioning Unit. I determined that outdoor fan is not spinning. The capacitor had blown. I replaced Compressor-Motor Surge Capacitor with customers approval. I checked pressure, cycled and monitored system. Operating as intended at time of my departure.
I performed annual maintenance tune-up & safety check on Carrier Air Conditioning Unit. I completed tune-up checklist. I changed dirty filter with one customer provided. I cycled and monitored system. Operating and cooling as intended upon departure.
I completed a diagnostic on an AC unit. I found the capacitor was dead and I replaced it. I ran the system and there was no further issues. The system is operational at this time.
I performed diagnostic service call on Bryant Air Conditioning Unit. I determined that system has a leak. I also found the system to be out of Freon. Customer requested to replace the unit given they are selling the property.
I performed scheduled maintenance tune-up & Safety Check on Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. I completed maintenance checklist. This is 1st tune-up since installation. I found the unit to be low on refrigerant. I filled refrigerant to the required level. I cycled and monitored the system. Operating within specifications at this time.
I preformed a job continuation and installed a Five Star 19 SEER 3 ton air conditioner. System operational upon departure.
I performed Yearly Maintenance Tune-Up & Safety Check on Carrier 16 SEER 3 ton Air Conditioning Unit. I completed checklist. I found system to be undercharged. With customers approval I added proper amount of refrigerant to unit. I cycled and monitored system. Running/cooling as intended at time of departure.
Upon arrival for a diagnostic service call, I found the issues was not the HVAC system but was being caused by the hot water tank. No services provided at this time.
I performed Scheduled Maintenance Tune-Up & Safety Check on Carrier 16 SEER 2 Ton "PERFORMANCE SERIES" Air Conditioning Unit. I completed maintenance checklist. I found alert on thermostat. I replaced batteries in thermostat and cycled system. Delta is a little low. Unit is running at departure.
I completed Installation Inspection On Carrier 96% Two-Stage 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace & Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. I found that the flute was even level. I cut it down to allow more slope. I performed checklist.
I completed diagnostic service call on Trane Air Conditioning Unit. I determined that the humming the customer was hearing was from screws that are loose in the door to the inside unit. Screw holes are warped and not allowing door to be secure. I tightened the best I was able to without further damaging. System is fully operational at time of my departure.
I performed Scheduled Maintenance Tune-Up & safety Check on Carrier 16 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioning Unit. I completed tune-up/checkout list. I found filter was dirty and recommend replacement. I also found that blower capacitor is failing and will need to be replaced. I cycled and monitored system. System met specifications.
I completed scheduled maintenance spring tune up on a Comfort maker air-conditioning unit. I visually inspected the furnace. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked voltage and amps. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
