Arrived on site to investigate no cooling at the residence. Found on site the thermostat not wired correctly, not configured for heat pump, and multiple extra leads from the transformer not capped and bare, and the spare fan leads not secured. Repaired items, configured the thermostat for heat pump operation, and secured the spare fan leads. System is operating as designed.
