Bryan Couch and Reggie were excellent techs. Bryan recommended the Nest thermostat. He explained it in detail. I was sold and asked him and Reggie to install it. Bryan was training Reggie. Service call fee only per DW. Dispatched to client to troubleshoot leak behind fridge, possibly from the supply line. Upon inspection, I concluded that the water inlet valve, which is a part of the refrigerator, is leaking from below where the supply line connects. This would fall under appliance repair. I did assist the client with finding the actual part needed to make the repair. She is going to order the part and reach out to a local appliance repair store to see if they can install it for her. thank you for choosing Carolina Conditions
Installed a 50/7.5 capacitor in upstairs condenser. Installed contactor in downstairs condenser. All other components working properly. Mrs. Robinson daughter works from home, so as soon as the large drain pan (attic) is available, bring it.
