Clear stoppage at main Billable Dispatched to customers home to diagnose main stoppage. Raw sewage and other particulates were covering the ground around the clean out which was missing the cap. I removed mud and other debris from around the clean out so I could safely access it. I ran the K 400 auger Through the main until the blockage had been relieved. During the retrieval of the cable I sprayed approximately 20 gallons of water from the clients hose down the clean out to wash off the cable and ensure the stoppage had been removed. The main line is clear and I found and reinstalled the missing cap. I then administered bio clean into the clean out and around the area where the sewage was present on the ground to treat the ground for the raw sewage due to the blockage. The line is clear. Nothing was retrieved on the cable, so as to what the blockage was, I don’t know. Thank you for choosing Carolina Conditions.
