I have always received amazing service from Carolina Conditions, and yet I am always pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and kindness of CC representatives. I have an older hvac and CC has been the only company to accept the challenge of keeping it running without a lot of sales pitches. Bryan gave a detailed explanation of strengths and weaknesses of my hvac along with options to improve or solve each issue he noticed. He is a bright young man, utmost in customer service. Carolina Conditions has always offered the upgrade/new unit without pushing it. Bryan talked to me about my power bill and showed me all the numbers regarding temperature and draw on energy. At the end of the day it seems the hvac is ready to be replaced -- I will definitely be sticking with Carolina Conditions when I switch units. Couldn't be happier with this company.
