We’ve already replaced all stops in the home, so we would just need to run to each fixture and pick up the water heater. Arrived at clients home to repair broken three-quarter by three-quarter by half inch pecks brass T broken under home. Water service was already off so I removed the old T with pecks cutters and install the new one. One finished our return water service to the home and tested for leaks. There are no leaks and water service has been returned. there are several other brass tees like the one that broke throughout the home. Billable Locate and repair leak Dispatch to customers home for possible call back. On arrival, the well pump was off by use of a 1 inch ball valve. To diagnose the leak and returned water service to the home through use of above mentioned ball valve. I immediately heard a severe water leak under the home in between the belly wrap and sub floor. The belly wrap is torn and completely full of water soaked insulation. The wrap is in poor condition. To find the leak, I removed a small section of the wrap that had a significant tear in it due to the amount of weight it is supporting from the waterlogged insulation. I found a three-quarter inch by three-quarter inch by half-inch brass pex tee broken on a 1/2” barbed nipple. I informed the customer that this must be fixed in order to diagnose any further leaking. I created an estimate for the repair. The customer will review the estimate and schedule a time for us to come and fix it. We must gain approval from the customer before proceedi
