Exceptional service! The technician Brian, was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He called ahead to let me know his arrival time and he was right on time. Lexington interior recessed lighting installation. Completed electrical load calculation for six-light LED retrofit installation. Utilized non-contact voltage detector for safety. Installed IC-rated housing with thermal protection. Performed precise drywall cutting using laser-guided template. Verified proper circuit load and connection integrity.
In Lexington, SC, I performed maintenance on a Trane S9V2 gas furnace. Tasks included cleaning the burners, inspecting the heat exchanger for cracks, and replacing the 16x25x1 air filter. I tested the blower motor and adjusted the thermostat for accurate readings. The system passed all safety and performance checks.
Completed one system maintenance on a 2019 Lennox heat pump No issues found at this time. Unit functioning properly. Sold HVAC only Annual plan on site.

Routine maintenance revealed a bad capacitor on upstairs unit. Leaky indoor coil on downstairs unit. (2) faulty pan float switches. Mr. Megill wants to discuss it with his wife and make a decision. Estimates for (2) pan float switches and capacitor were presented to him and emailed. Mr. Megill would lke an estimate for another evap coil. 64 oz’s of 410 . 4 lbs.
Found upstairs system to have a broken high voltage wire between the units disconnect and the unit itself. Approximately 10ft of high voltage wire. Estimate sold on site for repair.
