The salesman/technician came out to estimate on a furnace replacement after another company diagnosed two expensive problems and suggested replacement. Mike took a look at it and determined that the other diagnosis was wrong and only one part needs to be replaced. He was very professional and thorough.

I went to the customer's home to install a condensate pump and add a PVC to 1 1/2" drain trap. I put a rubber boot on the drain pipe to extend higher and turned the power off to the unit. I then removed the door and wired put for power. I then ran drain line to pump and connected the drain tube. I turned the power back on and tested with the customer. There are no leaks and the unit is in working order.
I went to the customer's home to work on a Carrier AC unit. I started the unit to test it and as the unit winds down, the duct work is giving an oil can popping sound. I added screws to the seams of the duct work and adjusted the blower speed. I then tested it with the customer and now the unit is no longer making popping sound.

I arrived on site to perform a humidifier installation of a Carrier 16 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner and a Carrier "Infinity Series" 96% Variable Speed Two-Stage. The installation was a success and the unit was running at full functionality at the time of departure.
I arrived on site to perform an installation of a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner as it was the best fit for the customers home specifications. I will return later on to perform a inspection, but as of now the unit was running at full functionality at the time of departure.

I went to the customer's home to work on a Carrier 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. I removed tape and screws holding filter rack in place and removed the filter rack. The filter is now coming out back side and airflow arrow is facing correct position. Turned power back on to unit.
I went to the customer's home to perform a service on a Five Star 19 SEER 4 Ton Variable Speed Air Conditioner. I found the wires were not connected in the right places, so I switched it to the right ones. I ran the system and it is operating properly at this time.
I went to the customer's home to finish flu and checked gas pressure.
I completed an installation inspection on a Carrier 16 SEER 3 Ton Heat Pump. I completed the installation checklist. I then cycled and monitored the system. It is operating normally at this time.
I went to the customer's home to perform a service on a Carrier AC unit. I removed the door from the indoor coil to inspect and found no oil on any of the lines. I turned the unit on and ran the unit. After 10 minutes or so, it had condensation on the lines but still no sign of an oily substance. I put everything back together and did a final check on charge. All looks well and functioning as it should.
