Alex provided great service in professional manner. He was courteous and a good conversationalist without letting it get in the way of what he was doing. He explained what he was doing and why in simple terms. The service was in response to an urgent mail I got form the furnace. It shut down because the effluent was clogged with gunk from the summer ac operation. i managed to get it running before I went to bed. It would have clogged up again without service, Alex did the winter service on the furnace and heat pumps.

Vlas fixed the issue with the wall unit, but went beyond the call of duty and helped with the attic unit scheduled programming. He even called Mitsubishi support for a special setting not available on the touch pad.

We had an excellent experience with our 1st service call. Stefano gets a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating! He walked in with a smile, was kind, courteous, and spoke with confidence. He asked us pertinent questions, listened to our concerns and immediately got to work in diagnosing the issue. He kept us well informed with everything he was doing inside and outside the house. Once he determined what the issue was, he drew a picture of the heating pump, which visually gave us a better understanding of how it works. After explaining in detail what had happened and the reason behind our service call, we understood. Very informative! Stefano did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with our furnace and quickly getting it up and running. He was courteous and put booty covers over his shoes every time he came into the house, which impressed my wife. He also did the annual heating service on the furnace, and our Mitsubishi heat pump, He explained everything he was doing and how the furnace operated when diagnosing the problem with the furnace. I am an engineer so I probably asked more questions than most customers. He helped me set up the internet connection to the furnace. All in all a very positive experience.

I would not hesitate to recommend Central Cooling to family and friends. Brenda, Darren, Jason, John T. and Liu are great representatives to Central Air. The combination of their Professionalist, Workmanship, Courtesy and their efforts to make us feel like our problem was their problem is not typical. Everything was explained to us before the job started and there were no surprises at the end. Each and everyone of them were great to work with from beginning to end. When John and Liu left you would not have known any work had been done. Everything was put back in place and they cleaned up the areas where they worked .A+ work.. thank you!
