Jonathan is an excellent service engineer who is quite patience, courteous in hearing about his client's needs, questions and concerns and providing best timely solutions possible. We had the opportunity to work with Jonathan twice within the last three months. He has tuned up our central heating and cooling systems for the winter and changed the air filter as part of the bi-yearly maintenance. During his recent visit Jonathan followed-up on installing and testing the much-needed surge protections system for the indoor and outdoor unit. Overall, Jonathan provided an excellent service, and he made sure the area was cleaned properly after the service. Thank you Jonathan.

I was concerned when I called your answering service and the mailbox was full. I kept calling and also sent an email until I did get help. Also you might note that Central Cooling initially installed the hose that was the problem- they should not have had the hose placed along the foundation on an outside wall the could and did freeze, Glad the problem was fixed and will not happen again,
I would like to thank Stefano for successfully troubleshooting our hybrid Boiler/Mini-Splits Heating and Cooling system. Central Cooling & Heating installed the Mitsubishi mini-splits, and while they have been working well for heating over the last 2 months, they have not been playing well with our existing ecobee controlled boiler system even though the Flair-Pucks were supposed to make that integration straightforward. Stefano stopped by this afternoon, worked with the Flair service and engineering department to get the system working correctly so that the Flair-Pucks switched heating from the mini-splits to the boiler based on the outside temperature falling below a trigger level. The problem in the end was with the Flair back end but it took his persistence to get it all sorted correctly. It now works as expected.
