I wanted to give a shout out to Lyle B for great service for the maintenance of our heat pump. He explained parts of the maintenance of the furnace and heat pump that over the years I have never been aware of for care in between scheduled appointments. He was friendly gave me several suggestions that I will use in the future. I appreciate his attention to detail.
