Turnaround service exceptional. "Laurie" followed up. Lyle did a fantastic job for us. He was professional and took the time to make sure we understood what was happening during the service call and what was forthcoming. Even though we have reservations about maintenance contracts he explained how this might be a good benefit for us, so we decided to give it a shot. We were disappointed that there was no reduction in the $89.95 service rate given that we have a mailed coupon for $36.00 off a tune-up or safety inspection, we purchased a new thermostat and we signed up for a maintenance contract, thus becoming a new customer. This will make us rethink renewing the maintenance contract in November.
