I am in Alamo, California at a custom home built in the 1980’s. The home has the original central furnace and air conditioning system installed and the new homeowner is looking to replace it with a more efficient system and add mini split units to help the upstairs rooms. After inspecting the system and ductwork, we can redesign the ducting and upgrade the central system without having to install split units.

In the Alamo area performing a furnace repair. This furnace unfortunately had a leak from the collector box and sediment trap! After replacing the collector box and sediment trap as well as adding adhesive to this leaking area, Our customer no longer has a leak!
Performing a diagnostic service on a 2018 Lennox furnace in Alamo, CA. The system is having a drainage issue causing water to build up inside the inducer motor and pressure switch, which in turn shuts the system down. The client had another company out earlier today that told him the motor needed to be replaced and that it would be over $3k to fix. I was able to get the motor running by draining it, and with some adjustments to the drains the system should be heating the home again very soon!
In Alamo of California this afternoon performing a furnace maintenance and a/c safety check for the Hogan residence. This was there first annual visit with us. They are being proactive and prolonging the life of there equipment with this annual service!
