In Benicia, California this afternoon performing a furnace maintenance for the Deny residence.
Here in the Benicia area performing a ifix on a water heater install. There was a bad connection in the crawl space that was leaking water. Shut off water main and removed piping from water heater to the bad connection and re installed all new piping. Ran test to ensure issue was no longer present and set up a fan in the crawl to remove water and moisture. System completely operational and use at hand no longer present. Ensured air was bleed out of lines and ready to use by clients

Out here in the lovely city of Benicia ca. Finished a air conditioning tune up on a baby unit about 4 years old. This is a Goodman condenser unit and it’s nice and clean and shiny after our maintenance. This unit has a hard start kit that is protecting this unit from high amp draws . Real nice install!
