Mateo was fantastic. He came for my spring service and found that the capacitor in the AC unit was out of spec and the squirrel cage of the blower needed cleaning. He had the capacitor on the truck, which was awesome and was able to clean the blower making it like new again after years of build up. Glad to have my system in top shape for the hot season !

In Hayward, California this afternoon performing a diagnostic for the Rodriguez residence.
Performed annual furnace maintenance on 20 year old York system for club client. Identified some running issues and offered repair options.

The homeowner was told that she needed a new furnace, but after inspecting the current unit, I found that this is not the case. In Hayward highland neighborhood, client stead that a company came out and installed new condenser, but found an issue with the coil. The coil is an old coil doe an old r22 system. The new condenser is for r410 system. Whent over the required fixes for the system to get it back and running looking forward to do the work and getting the job done.
In the Hayward Highlands neighborhood of Hayward, California. Client had a company install a condenser but did not install a new evaporator coil. The old coil has R-22 refrigerant and is not compatible with the new condenser. We looked at solutions to fix the current issues and look forward to getting everything working properly.

In the Hayward area performing a furnace diagnostic! This 2 year old was said to be running a little funny. After inspecting all areas of this furnace, nothing was detected which is always good news! We recommend getting maintenance done once a year for your furnace to ensure it remains running properly!
