Ben Carter could not have been nicer, or more professional. Service was timely, excellent, great explanations -- this man deserves a big raise! Wish he could be the one to service both my AC and my heater each visit!

Ben Carter was one of the best service people I've had. Polite, thorough, considerate. Seemed to do a careful job, and did an excellent job of going over things that he felt needed to be done to extend the life of this 16 year old AC unit (rarely used). Very impressed -- I'd want him back in a heartbeat for any further work! This guy deserves a bonus!

We had excellent service from Diego at Certified. On time, solution oriented and found the problem, got the part and fixed it. We were also impressed that he came with other parts in case it was necessary to do more so that he would not have to make repeated visits. We have had some bad experiences with other HVAC companies and glad to find one that is honest and reasonable.

Jackie came out to perform basic maintenance our two a/c units. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and super customer focused. I was impressed with her skills and as a result of her assessment booked an additional appointment for an estimate for replacement. Hopefully her colleagues have the same level of outstanding service!

I just posted a review on yelp because of Mateo. He is great. The company is so responsive on time and thorough and has employees like Mateo who is the ultimate professional. I like that you send the same person because they get to know the layout of the HVAC system. If I could give Mateo 10 stars, I would!!

Eric Chavez from Certified did an exceptional job insulating our attic! He applied a perfectly even layer of R44 blow-in insulation throughout, even the harder to access areas. Not too much in one place and too little in another. Perfectly even. He also did a nice job around the access, getting as close as possible and then sloping it down towards the edges of the access opening. My attic is very short, so he also knew to slope the insulation down a bit by the eaves so the attic can breathe. He also did it very fast, and they were all done before noon. He really cared and it showed in the end result. Thanks, Eric.

Jackie Green was the technician who came by for our scheduled maintenance appointment. This was the first time meeting her. Very solid technician, no hesitation getting into the crawl space (very small and dirty). Showed pics and explained in detail what the numbers meant and how the system was performing. Really great experience!
