Out in Sunnyvale this afternoon performing a furnace maintenance and a/c safety check for the Lopresto residence. After today there system will be more efficient with there scheduled preventative maintenance.
Providing an estimate to replace a furnace and add a condenser and coil to a lovely home in Sunnyvale, CA. The clients would like to relocate the furnace from a closet in their hallway to the attic and add air conditioning to the home. Went over different options with the client to ensure there was a good understanding of how the systems work and which features could be beneficial to the homeowners. Performed maintenance on 11 year old American Standard air conditioner. System is in good shape, we’ve been monitoring refrigerant levels for a year and it had dropped below required level, recharged unit and it is working much better now. Client is happy with her service and wants to continue her yearly maintenance program.
AC tune up on a 15 year old Trane system. Making sure everything is working properly and able to keep our clients cool all summer long!
Performed diagnostic on mini split found system low on refrigerant added just over one pound, probable leak on suction line service valve. System operating properly at this time. Leak should be repaired
Performing precision tune up service on 1998 Trane system (AC and Furnace). Good thing we came out because the blower cabinet insulation came off the wall and was completely blocking the blower motor on one side, which is now fixed. System was starving for air and causing pressure to build up inside the furnace. System running much better, cleared out dirty drain line and added hard start kit to protect compressor motor. Clients are now Certified members to continue getting the best service!

Cleaned out high efficiency drain system and collection box, cleared dust and debris from system and made recommendations for minor repairs to keep system running as long as possible.
