Performed a 2nd floor dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent,duct,flex duct and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time and exhaust flow is optimal. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Thank you for your business!
Model # NCPE-424-1010 Serial # 259C9224 Completed a preventative maintenance on a 3 year old air conditioner. Customer changed 25x14x1 filter the temperature split was 20 degrees. Made sure unit was draining properly. Then I performed a amperage readings on compressor 11.2 amps and condenser fan motor 1.0 amps, after that I checked the capacitor and contactor both are operating properly. I tested the capacitor on the indoor blower motor and it is not running in the proper range, me and the customer decided it would be best to replace it now he also paid for a cud club membership. System is operating properly at this point.
Performed preventative maintenance on a Lennox AC system. Model number: XC14-030-230A10, serial number: 5816D04758. Upon arrival the unit was on. I adjusted the temperature on the thermostat so the system would keep running. Went up in the attic and watched the unit run. Turned the unit off at the switch. Removed the panel to the evaporator coil. Inspected the coils for any dust build up. Poured water into the condensate trap and watched it drain out properly. Poured water into the condensate gravity drain and watched it drain properly. Removed the panels to the furnace. Checked the blower motor and fan for any dust build up. Replaced the 16x25x1 filter. Checked all electrical connections to make sure they were secure. Took an amp draw for the motor. Running within the manufacture’s specs. Placed the panels back on the unit and watched it run. Went outside to the condenser. Checked the coils for any dirt build up. Coils are pretty dirty and I recommend a cleaning. Removed the panel and
Model # XC17-036-230-03 Serial # 5811G02985 Came to perform a preventative maintenance. Customer said unit was not working properly. The system was shut off on low pressure. Paul ash put 5 lb of 410-a last year. Because the system is not under warranty and has a big leak the customer wants a quote on a new system. Model # XC14-030-230-03 Serial # 5809G09400 The customer decided to have their upstairs unit serviced as well. Customer changed out 30x10x1 filter. Made sure condensate pump is working. And the unit had a 20 degree split That is perfect. Then I went outside performed a amperage readings on the condenser fan motor .9 amps and compressor 7.8 amps the capacitor and contactor both are operating and were replaced in 2020. The condenser coil was very dirty causing system to have high head pressure the customer decided to have me clean it and he paid for a single system chud club membership. Second floor system is operating properly at this time.

Manufacturer Bryant Model # ACS036A2C1 Serial # L9908 52867 Completed a preventative maintenance on the heater and air conditioner. When I arrived I choose to check the air conditioner first. The split temperature was 22. I made sure the condensate pump was working I also changed out the 16x25x1 filter. Then I went out side and performed amperage readings on compressor 8.8 amps and condenser fan motor 1.0 amps then I made sure the capacitor and contactor are both working properly. Manufacturer Lennox Model # EL180UH090E48B-01 Serial # 5913D00798 I then turned the unit off and switched the thermostat to heat. I performed a combustion test the ppm was 39. Then I cleaned the flame sensor. Cleaned out inducer port. After that I performed a amperage readings on the blower motor and inducer motor, both are in range of the furnace specs. Also, I made sure all electrical connections were tight and secure system is running properly at this point.

Came out today for a no ac call. Upon arrival the tenant stated that the system is working at this time however when it gets really hot the system struggles. He also stated multiple technicians came out and reported a slow leak. Upon arrival the system was cooling. I powered the system down and removed the access panel. The evaporator coils are clean and there is no sign of any obstructions. The air filter is clean a washable 16x25x1. I re attached the access panels and powered the system backup. I called for ac and after a short 5 minute delay I observed the system starting. The temperature split is at a 20° differential. The condenser coils are completely clogged and the capacitor is rusted out. I called Tim with my findings and presented a solution. I received authorization from Tim to continue with repairs for the quoted price. I replaced the power storage device and cleaned the heat transfer system on the outdoor unit. I advised Tim that the quoted price did not include the diagno
