Matt was very professional and handled the A/C situation, (explaining throughly what he thought needed work, and solved the problem that another top rated firm got incorrect). Good diagnostician. Thanks

Performed a first floor dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, duct. Flex duct and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Upon arrival customer stated that the dryer is making a strange noise. After cleaning everything I inspected the dryer and believe that the noise is due to the belt wearing our. Otherwise dryer is functioning properly at this time and exhaust flow is optimal. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Thank you for your business!
Performed heat preventative maintenance on a Lennox furnace. Model #G60uh-60d-135-06, serial #5905g13991. This system is located in the basement. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. Right away I could see that the system was rusting out at the burners, gas line, gas valve and housing. This is due to a leaking humidifier that was installed on the front access panel. I also located rusting on the exhaust elbow, blower motor capacitor and blower housing. The igniter and flame sensor are both in tact. According to the homeowner he has never used the humidifier. The humidifier is shut down at the control and water valve. I cleaned out the burners and burner box as best I could due to its condition. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The air filter looks like it was just replaced. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for heat and observed the system operating. The inducer motor amp
Performed preventative maintenance on a carrier ac system located in the attic. Model #58STA090 13114, serial #0408A29980. Upon arrival the thermostat was calling for ac and the thermostat was satisfied. I powered down the system at the furnace and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. The blower wheel is dirty and should be cleaned. The system uses a 16x24x1 air filter but a 16x25x1 will work just as well. I checked all electrical connections to unsure that they are secure and in good condition. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for ac and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are clean however there is 2 inches of mulch covering the bottom of the condenser. I dug out the condenser and made sure there were no more obstructions. The condenser amp draws are 7.26 for the com

Install Honeywell Merv filter cabinet with 16 x 25 x 4 filter. re-insulated line set outside. Cycled and tested, system working properly at this time. Left filter and water panels on site in customers basement.
Upon arrival discovered there was no AC. Condensate pump was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Replaced and tested pump. Checked refrigerant for proper level. Cycled and tested, system and pump working properly at this time.
Provided estimate for new system. Collected 50% deposit and received signed copy of handwritten proposal. Equipment will be ordered and Chud will schedule install once equipment is received. N/C to provide estimate/proposal.
Came out today for a no heat call. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that he turned on the air before bed but in the morning the temperature went up instead of going down. I called for ac at the thermostat and observed the Lennox system starting normally. Model #XC14-060-230-1, serial #5810F09736. I noticed that the indoor unit came on but not the condenser. I checked for power at the condenser and found none. I checked the breaker at the box and noticed it was tripped. I reset the breaker and it tripped immediately. I removed the disconnect and flipped the breaker. The breaker stayed on. I connected my amp meter and inserted the disconnect to get a amp draw on the compressor. The system began to rumble then hiss. I pulled the disconnect and removed the fan off of the condenser. I removed the compressor cover and that’s were I found a burnt out compressor plug. The burn out had actually caused a leak. The system currently has no refrigerant. I reached out to PA and he will be out today
