Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox AC system. Model #XC14-060-230-1, serial #5810F09736. Upon arrival the system was set for heat. I powered down the thermostat and the system and removed the access panels. The evaporator coils are in very rough condition and are rusting. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I replaced the air filter. I installed a 20x25x1 air filter in the un used air cleaner cabinet. This will allow for better filter access. The blower motor shaft is rusted and the blower wheel fins are very dirty.I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I powered down the humidifier for the season and re attached the access panels. I powered the system back up, called for AC and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils dirty and in fair condition. The condenser amp draws are 1.12 for the fan and 11.72 for the compressor. The temp
