Chud is a solid company and very professional. They have great communications practices with appointments. Frank has been our technician both times we used Chud. He is a professional who knows his stuff and has great customer service skills. The first time out he recommended a few things to help improve the air quality in our house. The recommendations worked and my son is sleeping better and having less sinus and allergy issues. I had them back out today for AC service and to help figure out why the upstairs wasn't getting good airflow from the ducts. He got us up and running.

Did a maintenance on a gas furnace. Did a combustion test the ppm was 17 an o2 was 11. Cleaned the flame sensor, and ohm out the HSI. Did a amp check on the inducer an blower motor and both met the furnace specs. Cleaned out the burner box and blower motor housing . Customer changed the 16x25x4 filter. Performed preventative maintenance on a standard gas furnace. Inspected all the electrical components. Customer replaced the standard air filter 14x25x1. Confirmed proper high and low voltages. Cleaned the burners, flame sensor and burner compartment. Tested the amp draw for the blower and inducer. Both are operating within the manufacturer specs. Performed a combustion analysis on the furnace. System is operating at 80.5% efficiency with a CO level of 23ppm. System is operating properly at this time.
Performed a first floor dryer vent cleaning and removed a birds nest. Dryer vent, duct, flex hose and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time and exhaust flow is optimal. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Installed new bird guard. Bird guard is firmly in place and will prevent another nest in the future. Thank you for your business!
Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 4 bedroom single system house. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. System is functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 3-4 years. Thank you for your business!
Did the maintenance on a gas furnace. During the maintenance I clean the flame sensor. I also cleaned out the burner box and the blower motor housing. I also do the amp reading on the inducer motor and the blower motor, both meet the furnace specs. I also did a combustion test the CO level was 52 and the O2 level was 12. Came out today to address a leaking issue. Upon inspection I found that the air handler had water in the secondary pan and a clogged primary drain. I cleaned out all the water in the secondary pan and cleared the clog in the drain line. I reconnected the drain line and tested the system with several bottles of water to ensure that the drain line was clear. The condensation is now flowing freely outside. The system was also slightly off level. I was able to place a 2x4 under the system to level it properly. I tested the system by letting it run for about 20 minutes. The system is operating properly at this time.
Performed preventative maintenance for air conditioning system. Customer also was having issues getting air to the 2nd floor where the master bedroom is. Made some adjustments within the unit to increase the air flow upstairs. Other than a piece of furniture needing to be moved I got the 2nd floor cooling properly. Inspected all the electrical components. System takes 2- Merv 11 16x25x4 air filters that the customer will supply. We just installed 2 new air cleaners in March 2022. Confirmed proper high and low voltages. Tested the temperature split between the supply and return. System is operating at a 20° differential. System is operating properly at this time.
Installed Reme Halo & (2) Media filter cabinets, on existing Lennox gas furnace. Started up and tested system after installation, unit is operating properly.
Performed preventative maintenance on a Lenox standard gas furnace. Inspected all electrical components. Cleaned flame sensor, burners and burner compartment. Tested the amp draw for the blower and inducer motor. Both are operating within manufacturer specs. Customer has two return trunks that go into the furnace on both sides. Customer was unaware of the other one on the right side and that it had a filter. Customer replaced the left side filter (16x20x1). I replaced the filter he was unaware of on the right side (20x20x1). Customer recently had a duct cleaning performed By another company and they found insulation within the ductwork. Customer is concerned of indoor air quality. Inspected the duct work to make sure that there was no major holes for insulation to be sucked in. Found no damage to the ductwork within the crawlspace. Attached will be estimates for the two media filter cabinets as well as a Reme halo air purifier. System is operating properly at this time.

Performed Preventative Maintenance on Gibson Gas Furnace. Replaced 20x25x1 air filter. Cleaned and inspected burners, flame sensor and blower compartment to confirm that everything was working properly. Completed a combustion analysis and the CO PPM was 9. System is working properly at this given time and is ready for the season!

Condensate pump is working as it should and the vinyl tubing shows no signs of debris build up. Tested the amp draw from the compressor, blower, condenser fan motor and inducer motor. All were operating within the manufacturer specs. Tested the temperature split between the supply and return for cooling. System is operating at a 20° differential. Performed a combustion analysis on the gas furnace. The heater is operating at 95% efficiency with a CO level of 13ppm. System is operating at maximum performance in both air conditioning and heating.
