Came out today to address a leaking issue. Upon inspection I found that the air handler had water in the secondary pan and a clogged primary drain. I cleaned out all the water in the secondary pan and cleared the clog in the drain line. I reconnected the drain line and tested the system with several bottles of water to ensure that the drain line was clear. The condensation is now flowing freely outside. The system was also slightly off level. I was able to place a 2x4 under the system to level it properly. I tested the system by letting it run for about 20 minutes. The system is operating properly at this time.
