Service technician clearly communicated the issues with my water heater, presented multiple options, and expertly answered all of my questions.

Les came back the same day as he had an opening in his schedule. Thought it was great to have the same tech do the diagnostic and the repair!

Marc performed a very thorough, conscientious series of furnace and air conditioner functional checks. I can't recall anyone doing a combustion gases efficiency check in the flue before. Just a visual check of the flame appearance. He left a print-out of the satisfactory results taped to the flue. That was impressive! He checked the pressure drop on the accordion-type fabric filter and found it didn't need to be replaced yet. He checked the performance of the air conditioner compressor system and found that it hadn't had a significant loss of the 5 lbs of refrigerant that was added at the last CJS visit. He found clogging material in what appeared to be a manifold for the condensate drain and cleaned it. I forgot to ask Marc if that was what it was. He probably did some other tasks that I didn't see because I didn't look over his shoulder while he worked.
The team there at CJS were very helpful, knowledgeable and simply, in a word... Nice. I really appreciated the friendly greetings from my first phone call, to the tech knocking on my door. All smiles and very pleasant. Thank you for that approach... many companies today fail in these simple gestures to their customers. Prices are reasonable and compare to other Heating & Air Co's. Due to the high temps and my unit being in my attic, we had to wait a day for service, but it was understandable. In the end, its how you treat the customer that determines my business. You all did great :)
Technician was on time, very friendly and professional. Our first time using CJS and I would use them in the future again! Their office staff was easy to communicate with as well.
Josh is a very pleasant technician. He is attentive to any questions or problems that we may have. We have not complaints about his service. I did relay to him that I thought the office should know what type of unit we have, the special size of our filter that is in the unit as well as our air purifier filters and the ultraviolet lights that are needed for our unit. They seem to rely on us to give them that info on the phone. All that information should be logged in our account and we should not have to be relied on, to tell the office personnel what ultraviolet light or filters we need for our unit for the service tech to bring, when he comes out to provide the service.
