Amazing service on a Sunday!

Our A/C went out in the 100+ degree heat on a Saturday night, called first thing Sunday and was told it would be Monday night before a tech could come out. Corey came out Sunday afternoon instead, and saved us and our 3 large dogs from a second sweltering night without A/C. He fixed our issue within 15 minutes, very professionally! We could not have been happier with the service!

Disappointed

Technician left a service jumper in on the compressor relay that caused the unit to run all the time and froze up the coils.Had to take another day off of work to meet the new technician to remove the jumper.

Performed gas inspection for home sale. Furnace room needs combustion air venting per gas code. Also found basement pressure is negative when furnace blowers are on, causing fluegas spillage at water heater vent hood. Basement needs make up air venting or entry door to basement removed.
