Michael was the ultimate professional! He communicated everything he was doing and steps he was taking to fix the problem and came up with solutions to issues with access to the unit. He had everything under control at all times and gave me the utmost confidence that the job was getting done right. His customer service was the best of the best and I will keep Classic in my phone because of this awesome experience. This is the kind of employee Classic NEEDS TO KEEP!
