I cannot respond to the cost/pricing as I did not get a second opinion. I hope that the cost was reasonable and customary. We had to change the scheduled appointment I believe three times and you were very good about rescheduling. I was not pleased with the first appointment when we were called at the end of our two hour window that the parts did not come in. I should have been notified sooner. Richard did a really good job and explained every thing really well. Due to the access of the unit in our walk in closet, the wife discovered insulation particles on her clothes, Maybe your tech's can suggest pulling out the clothes or covering with plastic. I should have realized that in hind sight.
