James was polite and very knowledgeable, I have a zoned system with a single compressor and I’d like to understand the thinking of the genus that designed the thing. James gave a few suggestions but good to know the system works as designed

Called because my ac was acting up and the important part was i had a sick 1 year old at home who needed the room cool or she would cry non stop. I called and the very nice lady maurie or mowry (if im butchering that) was very helpful and got me a appointment within 2 hours. The tech james reviewed everything and determined what happened and everything was back to normal. I called 5 other places before this one and none of them had openings or helpful, so now cluff will be my first call for all future ac problems for their good customer service.
