Vu is a very professional and personable technician who quickly diagnosed and corrected our problem. It was a weekend call and he was able to make it to our house around noon time. Very good response and resolution of our problem.

Seth did a great job in analyzing our heating problem and getting it fixed quickly. Same day service and he called beforehand to say that he would be able to see us earlier than anticipated. Very thorough explanation of the problem and solutions. 2 system ac renewal special. Air cleaner is good, cleared drain and clean coil. Added freon to both system under warranty to get proper superheat of 10 degree. System is cooling normal
We ran a 8â€ supply duct into a bedroom on the right back corner of the home for $425. We took off a basement line from a disconnected Y and respliced the torn ductwork without the basement line for a additional $100.
1 system furnace prepaid on new basement system. Tested and system is heating normal
No heat basement system. Found bad furnace blower motor, system is old and needs to be replace. Owner just wants repairs. Replaced with new motor,new motor controller and new thermocouple. Tested and system now heating normal
Signed up for new Comfort Club Membership. Found main floor system with the top louvers door at the lower blower compartment section of the furnace. Swapped doors and the furnace is now safe to use. found worn ignition, weak flame safety sensor, and weak blower motor controller. Owner wants to wait. 3 system heating normal
Replace both airhandler heating element relay and control board. Test and and new control and relay operating normal.
No heat downstairs. Check and find damage furnace power switch. Repalce main power switch for upstairs and downstairs system. Both heating furnace operating at this time.
Repalce lennox gas valve under warranty. Test new valve and operation. System operating at this time.
Completed tuneup on 2015 furnace. Changed 20x25x1 filter. checked all electrical, mechanics and safety devices. Unit is operating normal at this time.
Performed 1 System Maintenance. The furnace is heating properly at this time.
2 furnace pm check complete. Did not change filters. Found main level ignition system and flame safety worn, recommend replacing next year. Upstairs blower motor controller is very weak, recommend repair. Cleared barometric tubing. Changed main level humidifier's water panel. Systems are heating at this time. Customer declined repairs.
Gas valve is stuck closed. After purging the gas line and several attempts. The gas valve stays open for short periods of time. This problem will keep occurring. This furnace is 3 years old so the valve itself is possibly still under warranty. If so then the part will be deducted from the price above. The homeowner would like to wait on the repair and call the office on Monday.
Replaced blower motor capacitor and flame safety sensor. Furnace is now heating properly.
Replace airhandler control board under warranty but system airhandler still not operating due to faulty element relay. Replace to order and come back to replace under warranty.
Renew and complete heating preventative maintenance check. Find heating system operating normally. Change filter, check safety and operation.
