Very happy with tech and services provided.
Vu is always great. Thorough and communicates good. The cost is too steep in my opinion.
BIG shout out to Comfort Control! They installed a new AC for our downstairs on Wednesday. Today we had an issue with our upstairs unit and they came out, fixed it quickly and were on their way. The whole experience from the first initial call to completion has been pleasant and effortless. The technicians were polite, respectful, clean and efficient. I highly recommend!! 👌🏼👌🏼
I am always very satisfied with Vu’s service.
Comfort Control shows up on time and their techs are very professional and very good technically. I feel like they lay out options for you on repairs vs replacement and upgrades to your system.
Ta Kim knows our heating system better then anyone. Our system has been running better since we switched over to comfort control. Ta checks everything and let’s me know of issues he sees, so we can avoid any problems

Blew out clogged drain line, warranty part of the maintenance.
2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check: replaced air cleaner provided by the owner, cleared clogged drain line and clean clogged condenser coil. Found both systems with rusty evaporator coil and low on freon. Found both systems with burnt/pitted main switch. Suggest a compressor saver to help on startup and extend the life of the system. Both systems draw high amps. The owner just wants freon for now. Both system cooling at this time
2 system a/c repair and prepaid preventative maintenance check. Replaced filter and the air cleaner is good. Found the system pan full of water and shut off system on water pan safety switch. Cleared clogged drain line. Upstairs has a weak starter and can fail anytime. Suggest adding hard start kit to the system. Found downstair system with weak starter and low on freon. Suggest adding hard start kit to the system as well. Owner will remove water in the upstairs system pan. The owner declined all the repairs. Both system cooling at this time.
Found bad capacitor. Replaced and restored cooling. Recommended compressor saver. Customer declined.

No cool a/c repair call. Signed for new Comfort Club Membership. Replaced clogged air cleaner provided by the owner, cleared clogged drain and clean clogged condenser coil. Performed 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. There is no secondary water switch in attic. Recommend installing inline PVC overflow switch to turn off ac if drain line clogged. Found neither outdoor unit with compressor saver hard start kit installed. Recommend installing a compressor saver hard start kit in each outdoor unit to prolong the life of the system and limit unit start up noise. Both systems operating properly at this time.
Performed 3 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance. No water safety for basement system. Recommend installing a wet switch on the floor to turn a/c off if water is detected. Neither of the new a/c units have a compressor saver kit. Recommend installing compressor saver hard start kit to prolong the life of the compressor and quiet unit noise during start up. No form of power protection. Recommend installing whole home surge protector to keep electrical components from damage. All three systems are operating properly at this time.
Performed 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Highly recommended hard start kits for both the outdoor units. Secondary motor control for the main level needs to be replaced. Hard start compressor saver kits start the compressor faster, generating less heat and prolonging the life of compressor as well as quieting unit. Systems operating properly at this time.
2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance and a new Comfort Club Membership contract. Replaced clogged filter, cleared the upstairs clogged drain and cleaned dirty condenser coil. Upstairs has no water safety devices that shut off system in case of water backup. Suggest to replaced both burnt/pitted main switch and add a compressor saver to both ac to help extend the life of the system. Both system are cooling at this time
