Inspection is always thorough. However, I didn't expect to hear that I had mold and fungus in my unit from moisture. This was never checked before. I'm grateful as I have lung disease and must do everything I can to prevent worsening of my condition. Not happy about the expense but relieved it was taken care of immediately! Vu is very knowledgeable and explains findings in detail.....

1. Appointment process - people who make appointments are always courteous and flexible with scheduling and rescheduling, if needed. It's nice a person answers the phone to assist you vs. having to select from a list of options and waiting on hold. 2. I like being able to request the same service person who is familiar with my home and system. Timely openings are usually available. 3. Reece has provided service to my home since he was a trainee. I trust his expertise and he is always professional and personable. He explains the service he provides in a way that I can understand and makes recommendations he feels my home would benefit from.
Completed 2 system tune up found upstairs system with signs of mold growth recommend apco uv filter to kill mold and prevent new bacteria from growing or spreading. Both furnaces running with out secondary water safety device. Recommend in line float switch to prevent water damage to furnace. Also recommend replacing capacitor for both blowers as they are low on power. Changed filter and tested safety switches and cleared drain lines. Outdoor systems are cleaned off system on left is low on refrigerant and has low power capacitor. Both systems also need compressor saver to prolong life of compressor. Filled system with refrigerant. Systems are cooling.
Completed diagnostic found control board touching a stray screw causing fuse to blow. Replaced fuse and re attached board. Also gave customer estimate on new systems.
No cool. Check and find 1 year old cooling system. Find cooling system operating within manufacturer spec. Find liquid line not size properly. 5/16â€ line and need to be 3/8â€ for proper charge flow. Find duct system very dirty. Find heating system 25 year old with no filter rack. System very dirty. Blower assembly very dirty and capacitor weak. Missing drain pan and water protection. Flue pipe not up to code and need to be double wall B-vent. Find gas line not up to code and to flex run into furnace.

Completed 3 system maintenance found all three systems missing secondary water safety device. Basement system has no water safety. Basement system also needs new run capacitor and a blower wheel cleaning. Changed filters and cleared drain lines. Cleaned off outdoor systems. All systems good on pressure but all are missing compressor savers to take lid off compressor and allow it to live longer. Also recommend apco uv lights to clean and purify air in house. Systems are running.
Sign up 1 cci plan and complete cooling pm check. Find system low on charge and baldy rusted evaporator coil in attic. Find downstairs zone damper not operating. Find heatpump compressor run stress with high. System not reliable due worn compressor and making noise. Install hard start kit to help improve start up and reduce load on compressor. Recharge system with 1 lbs of r22. System operating at this time

Complete cooling tune-up special. Change 2 16x25x1 filter. Check drain and system operations. Find breaker was tripped for ac system. Reset breaker and system operating at this time. Find system need to replace starter kit. Find compressor operating stress with high amp and need to keep a check on the compressor. Suggest to replace starter kit and suggest to install surge protection for the outdoor system. Suggest air purifier to improve air quality and prevent molding. Suggest a CCI plan. The customer wants to think it over and call CCI to come back. Give customer estimate.

Water upstairs system. Check and find drain line clogged. Sign up 3 cci plan and complete 3 Cooling pm check. Clear clogged drain for upstairs sys. Clean 3 ac coil and replace 3 16x25x5 Lennox filter customer provided. Install inline water protection for system in attic. All 3 system operating but need hard start kit to improve start up and reduce load. Recharge upstairs system and recharge both main and master bedroom system.
2 system maintenance and a new contract. Replaced air cleaners, cleared the drain and chemical clean clogged condenser coils. Installed APCO UV light for downstairs system and replaced UV bulb for the upstairs system. Installed compressor saver and surge protection for outdoor systems. Both system is cooling normal at this time
Found system low on charge. Discovered a leak at the expansion valve. Coil was installed in Aug 2018. Tighter connection and charged system. Restored cooling.
FOund DS System overcharged. Removed 1.5lbs from system. Installed 2 waters safety switches on both furnaces. Credited back money for refrigerant over charge. Both systems are cooling good at this time.
