Work is always good, professional, on time. I was disappointed that the labor cost to replace the compressor which was still under warranty was so high. We purchased a system from Comfort Control with a 10 year warranty. The compressor failed. The labor cost to replace the compressor was $1461 after member discount. I understand there are overhead costs for all businesses but this seems high when replacing a part still under warranty.
Great communication, service, and efficient! I found comfort control on google along with a few others. I made a phone call to 3 different local companies at the same time. Comfort Control tech Ta Kim called me back within 20 minutes and showed up shortly. He quickly identified the problem with my AC and fixed it. The total process was within ONE hour! The other two companies that I called, one was closed on weekends, the other one called me back after 3 hours, lol. That's the difference!!!! Thank you Comfort Control and Thank you Ta Kim great job!
Came home from work and ac was froze up. Comfort Control was out within 30 minutes! Great service and Ta Kim was very knowledgeable and honest. Will definitely have them out for a new unit!! Thanks
Always professional and does an outstanding job.
Professional and friendly service. Would recommend to anyone.
Very professional, informative and aimed to please the customer.
I love that my Comfort Control technician calls before he comes, is always on time (if not early), and make sure that I understand what he did as well as answering any questions.

Checked refrigerant levels and they are good, high head pressure was present due to a dirty condenser coil. Chemically washed condenser coil. Left customer with replacement filter. No cool upstairs and downstairs not keeping up. Check and find upstairs ac unit fan motor not operating properly and locking up. Need to replace the fan motor. The system also needs a compressor saver kit to improve startup and reduce the load. Found downstairs a/c unit operating but compressor in poor condition and making noise with a high amp. Suggest installing compressor hard start kit to improve startup and reduce the load. Customer declined repair. Both system operating at this time but both system 14-year-old in poor conditions suggest upgrading system.
