Reece did not do any talking, just his manager. They told me that the scope of work was outside their abilities since they were primarily a heating and cooling company. The manager said that we mostly do remove and replace. I felt that they wasted my time. The manager as unfamiliar with the code requirements for the proximity of exhaust vent with relation to doors and windows.
The technician, Christian, was thorough and personable as he explained the work that needed to be done, as well as providing information on upgrades that I could consider for my HVAC systems. This is my first time using this company and Christian provided the experience that I was hoping for.

Performed a leak search and found leak in evaporator coil on right side. Recommend repair. Recommend surge protection to protect equipment from power surges. Evap coil rusted and corroded and running on r22 Freon. Recommend replacing system due to age and efficiency. Right side system 11 years old. Clean blower and coil. Changed filter. Combustion and air flow is good. Missing secondary water safety device on both systems. Missing indoor air quality systems in both. Insulation in attic is very low and needs more blown in.
One system tune up in Lawrenceville. Arrived on site, found unit inoperable due to bad ignitor. Customer had a power outage and after the unit wouldn't come back on. Also found a degraded aux drain pan and no water safty, units gas line not up to code with flex line run directly into the gas valve, flue pipe is improperly ran coming out of furnace and and then at a downward angle this unable to properly vent combustible gasses. Blower motor assembly is dirty and motor has a weak capacitor. Evaporator coil is R22, corroded and needs to be cleaned. At this time due to age and condition of system I recommend replacing equipment, plenums and re running flue pipe. Will need to send a consultant out for a quote. Unit is not operational at this time. Turned power to unit off at furnace switch.

Found upstairs system with warn flame sensor, a blower capacitor reading low, only one form of water safty, corroded evaporator coil, a duel run capacitor reading low in the outdoor unit as well as a burnt and pitted contactor.
