Found system completely down. Checked inside furnace and was getting voltage to board. Voltage was only 109-110. Found the room directly next to furnace with no power. Electrical lines look to share same circuit. Recommend getting electrician out to check lines.

One system tune up/ no cool. Left replacement filter. Found system not cooling due to low r22. Found rusted evaporater coil. Found weak capacitor and blower capacitor. Found burnt main electrical switch. Chemically washed condenser coil. Due to age and condition of system, recommend upgrading system to a more reliable, more efficient system. Customer just wants to recharge with sealer for now and replace bad electrical components. Explained to customer that r22 is being phased out in 2020 and that leak seal is not guaranteed and may not be successful. Recharged system with 4 lbs r22, replaced capacitor and blower capacitor and replaced main electrical switch. System is cooling at this time. Customer upgraded tune up to maintenance plan
