Completed 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Found furnace running higher CO levels. Calibrated valve to bring levels to safe. Replaced the flame sensor and ignitor. System is running at safe levels.
Completed 2 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Found both units to be very old and dirty. Recommended ductwork cleaning along with a blower and evaporator coil cleanings. Recommended combustion calibrations for both units. Recommended that the gas lines being brought up to code. Recommended blowing more insulation in the attic to be brought up to code. The customer declined all repairs. The systems are running at this time.

Furnace repair call. Found control board reading pressure switch problem, found inducer motor going bad. The customer is replacing the system. Collected non-refundable deposit. The new system will come with 10 year part warranty and two years labor.

Furnace repair call for the upstairs system. Found system with bad pressure and ignition. Replaced both parts and system is now heating.
Completed 2 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. 1 year old operating within manufacturer spec. Find ac unit 16-year-old, operating with worn compressor and start-up stress, the contactor is worn and pitted, evaporator coil rusted and dirty plenums. Ac unit also a phase out R22 equipment by 2020. Find downstairs system furnace 16 years, operating within manufacturer spec, Dirty plenums. Find ac unit 1-year-old operating within manufacturer spec. Both system operating at this time. Suggest to upgrade upstairs ac unit. Suggest upgrade downstairs furnace. Suggest duct cleaning.
Found the secondary water safety unplugged. Plugged it back in and the system is heating at this time.
Completed 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. The air cleaner is good. Checked the electrical and safety switches. All are okay at this time. Found a worn ignition but it is still working at this time. The system is heating normally.
Completed 3 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Replaced all of the filters. Added an inline float switch to the upstairs attic furnace. All of the furnaces are heating well at this time and at safe levels. The new downstairs heat-pump is working well. The customer is aware that the heat strip is not activated.

Came to give price for water heater. Water heater is the original of house. Around 17 years old. Found no expansion tank and rust underneath the water heater.
Completed 2 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Air cleaner still ok. Checked electrical and safety switches all ok at this time. Did a combustion test and found high oxygen content on both furnaces. Did a combustion calibration on both systems to improve efficiency. Both system heating normally at this time.
