My technician, Ty Fisher, was great! I hope that he is my technician going forward. Ty was clean, professional, and a pleasure to talk with. I was disappointed with my initial call to schedule service because the representative could not give me a definitive price on my routine maintenance that I was scheduling. Also, the day of my service I called the office to get an estimated time of arrival for my technician, and I was told that because I initially talked with the company’s answering service (many days prior) that a technician was not assigned for my appointment, and that I could be squeezed in on today’s calendar.
