The tech/ Jordan did a good job evaluating my broken system, and was patient with explaining to me the available options for a new system to be installed. Jordan was professional and personable. The company uses an after hours answering service that is able to set appointments, but the company changes the appointment schedule without notifying the customer. The appointment schedule change has happened to me on more than one occasion. The lack of communications is confusing and frustrating.
