I called Comfort Now during a week of very low temperatures, when our heater stopped working. I expected a week long wait due to the cold weather, but Comfort got me in right away! Isreal called before he came at his appointment time, and was courteous when he arrived. He wore covers for his shoes when he came in my house to check out the thermostat and was willing to teach me about what the problem was, rather than just tell me how much it was to fix it. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I was very pleased with his work.
