After having a very poor experience with another company, we turned to Compass for a second opinion. Not only did they quickly get us on the calendar, but Ryan was extremely kind and patient, explaining all possible options for repair, even making a second trip out on his time off to review the contract in order to expedite service. Dave and Matt installed our new furnace. They were punctual, efficient and extremely tidy in their work. Dave walked us through the new system and took the time to make sure we were comfortable and pleased with the finished project. After this experience we will definitely look to Compass for all our heating and cooling maintenance and repair. Compass provides customer service and care that is leaps and bounds above the others in the industry.
