Our furnace went out on the second coldest day of the year. Compass was out within a few hours. The tech was able to get our furnace working on the first visit even though there was a defective part that needed to be replaced. The part was replaced the next day. But he made sure we had heat before leaving at his first visit. Our furnace works better now that ever. While trouble shooting he found some adjustments that needed to be made. These guys go the extra mile for their customers. I highly recommend them.
