This was the second home appliance that I had service for. Back when I bought the house I had to get a boiler replaced which i was greatly pleased with Compass's service. Almost five years later I was ready to put in a central air unit. Knowing how great of an experience i had with Compass on the boiler, i contacted Compass. They explain to me in great detail on both a ductless and a duct system. Based on their recommendation I decided to go with the Mitsubishi ductless system. This time there was no difference as the service i received with the installation of the boiler. Excellent company with excellent service. I would recommend this company to all my friends and anybody that would ask me
