Our furnace decided to stop working at 1am this morning. I waited to call till about 9ish and we got the fireplace going. James Knott with Complete Home Comfort said he'd be to out home by noon... he was here 2 hours early, identified the problem and fixed it long before he was even supposed to show up! Now THAT'S service! Thank you James!
