Servicing and preforming an AC tune up on a 2019 Lennox air conditioner
Performed air conditioning tune up and evaluation on a 19 year-old Rheem system; found dual capacitor out of range and evaporator coil dirty, cleaned coil and replaced dual capacitor. Verified air conditioning operations.
Performed air conditioning tune up and evaluation on a 29 year-old Trane system; upon further inspection found the capacitor out of range, replaced the capacitor and verified A/C operations.
Performed furnace tune up and evaluation on a 4 year-old EvCon system; found no safety concerns at this time.
Goodman furnace repair. Replaced blower motor.
Performed furnace tune up and evaluation on a 20 year-old Amana system; found blower wheel and ductwork dirty, scheduled duct cleaning and blower cleaning in March and verified furnace operations.
