Performed air conditioning repair and evaluation on a 20 year old Trane system; found condenser fan slow on start up and struggling due to weak capacitor, replaced weak capacitor and verified AC operations.
Performed air conditioning and furnace tune up and evaluation on 10 year old Concord systems; found blower wheel, secondary heat exchanger, evaporator coil and duck work dirty. Scheduled system clean with electronic air cleaner for Wednesday, June 11. All else okay at this time.
