Cole came from Martinez in heavy traffic to check and see why I didn't have heat. By this time of the day, I expected a tired, grumpy guy, but not at all. He was just as nice as could be. He didn't mind that I followed him around and asked a lot of questions. He diagnosed the problem quickly and hopefully will be able to fix it tomorrow.
