A throwback to an earlier time in America....

Matt from Connell's Heating & Air installed my new thermostat. He found a Carrier thermostat that did everything i required and nothing else - so he saved me a good bit of money. He also found that the original installer actually made 2 mistakes on the initial install. (Basically causing it to fail in < 6 years.) As I alluded to on another review (Google I believe) Connell's is a throw back to an earlier time in America when Quality & Service were the norm - not the exception. These people really are excellent at what they do.

He arrived on time. Completed the job and a reasonable amount of time. Made sure the inside unit was back on the schedule I have it on. Explain to me that in the fall apart might need to be replaced that would cost approximately $60. I appreciate Matt letting me know this since I am on a fixed income I can plan for this upcoming cost. He is a very polite and respectful young man.

Have had a few recent issues with both my upstairs and downstairs units. This time I called on a Saturday to schedule an appointment. Matt called me right back and offered to come right away. That wasn’t necessary but he diagnosed and correctly fixed the problem on first visit. He is always courteous and professional.
