I am a seasoned veteran in the hiring of contractors and skilled tradesmen who recently had a 25 year multi zone residential air conditioning system replaced by Cool Air Designs (Al Falcone) in my primary residence. I used them based upon the recommendation of a general contractor who I have used many times, for many years and who I consider a good friend. I was promised quality, honesty/integrity and fair pricing. I was not disappointed. The crew each day was on time, clean and respectful. Everything promised was delivered. Pricing was fair and competitive with other vendors who submitted estimates. Only used first class materials and his crew took no shortcuts in the install even when things were more complicated than expected. The entire experience was excellent. My highest recommendation.
