I was disappointed to learn that the wrong dampers were installed on the 3 ton unit. Also why didn't the central evolution connection that's is monitored by you station pick up that problem on your end since the dampers weren't functioning properly? Hope this get immediate attention and replacement. I gave a 5 star rating because of the service that Daniel provided bring these problems to my attention. I gave no other rating since system is not performing to it potential.
