I have had Josh come to maintain my hvac unit on several occasions and he has never tried to sell me on any unnecessary services, but has advised me of the age and and conditions of my unit that my 21 year old unit will need to be replace when I am able to afford to do so. He is very kind and understanding. We need more of him around!
